Cozy Hojicha Latte with Hazelnut Milk
Our pop-up favourite
Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a roasted, nutty flavour and naturally low caffeine. It’s warm, comforting and easy to drink; which is exactly why this hojicha latte has become one of our favourites and something we often serve at our pop-ups.
This version is cozy, slightly sweet and perfect for slower moments.
Ingredients
- 2-3 teaspoons Hojicha
- 150 ml hot water (around 80°C)
- 150 ml hazelnut milk (we like Rude Health)
- A small splash of caramel syrup
How to make it
1. Add the hojicha to a cup or bowl
2. Pour over hot water (not boiling) and whisk or stir until smooth
3. Heat/froth the hazelnut milk and add it to the hojicha
4. Finish with a small splash of caramel syrup
Stir gently and enjoy!
