The Perfect Iced Matcha Latte

Our all-time favourite

This iced matcha latte is the drink we keep coming back to. Simple, refreshing and perfectly balanced — it’s how we love to drink matcha, especially on warmer days.

Made with latte grade matcha and coconut milk, this recipe is smooth, creamy and energising without feeling heavy.

 

Ingredients

- 2g Matcha (Latte Grade)

- 60 ml hot water (around 70°C)

- Coconut milk

- Ice cubes


How to make it

1. Add matcha to a bowl

2. Pour over hot water (70°C)


3. Whisk well until smooth and micro foam forms

4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and add coconut milk

5. Slowly pour the matcha over the ice

For a clean, layered look, pour the matcha directly onto the ice cubes. 

 

Pro tip

Whisk longer than you think. Creating micro foam makes the latte smoother, lighter and more balanced.
