1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers through the Asa Matcha website.

2. Products

Asa Matcha sells high-quality Japanese matcha powder for personal use. We strive to provide accurate and complete product information. However, slight variations in color or taste may occur due to the natural nature of the product.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Asa Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • Notify us via email at hello@purematchapartners.com within 14 days.

  • Return the product unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Note: Due to the perishable nature of matcha powder, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Complaints & Defects

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged product, incorrect item), please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

Pure Matcha Partners B.V. is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data with care. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, we aim to resolve them amicably. If necessary, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
